Continue with all the blocks until you have used all the truths and dares. Sometimes you may need to hit a spot here or there with a little more heat so just make sure to peel carefully just incase. Using the EasyPress Mini, Place and could to 5 then move and count to 5 continue along the entire sentence. Place one line on one piece of wood on the side. This heat was perfect and really melted the iron on into the wood. I used it on High heat so all 3 lines should be lit up. You can see in the image below that its just pulling up so easy!!! You will have a few that might tear and you have to pull out but it will be significantly faster with a stencil font. When you have a large amount of words to weed, If you use a stencil font, it will pull out the middles so that you don’t have to go back and get them all. I chose a stencil font for this project to make the weeding process so much easier. Choose your material type make sure your image is MIRRORED!! Click cut. In Cricut Design space once you have opened up the project, click make it at the top right. Place your Cricut Roll Holder onto the machine (Optional if you have it ) Load your Smart Iron-On Into the machine *Shiny side down*. If you don’t have a machine that is compatible with smart materials (Maker 3 or Explore Air 3) You can still do this project you will just need to use 2 rolls of 24″ Everyday Iron-On.Ĭlick the Cricut Design Space Project link : CLICK HERE This made it super quick and a one cut job. I chose to use the Smart Iron-On because the length of the project came out to be 27.02″ which is longe then a 24″ mat. Grab a drink, head inside, and lets cut out the Smart Iron-On for the truths and dares. You can see in the photo below that sanding all the edges makes a huge difference and you will not want to skip this step. Using an electric sander, Sand all the edges and sides to make sure they are smooth so no one get a splinter. Measure and make sure it is 10.5 width across the 3 boards this will make sure that when you cut the next one and place it the opposite direction that they will all line up as a square. *make sure as you cut 3 pieces line them up. Make sure to wear protective eye wear as you do this.

Continue with all 8 boards in the same process. You will get off on your measurements as when you cut the blade may take over some space. DO NOT JUST MEASURE AND CUT THE WHOLE BOARD. Use that piece as a guide to measure all the other pieces. Measure one piece 10.5 inches, Cut that piece using a chop saw We are going to start with the wood first.
